"If you gank effectively and force them to back enough you should be able to kill first tier tower with the help of the laner.
And once you do that, you can force team fights easily from LvL 6-9 and so the lanes won't be able to lose by themselves, "

"I dunno about you but I gank as soon as I hit lvl 3 a good portion of the time.
Clear blue wolves, group, gank top, clear red go and prepare for either ganking mid or bot.
That's two ganks in 7 minutes."

It's alled nerfing an item not removing it.
And 15% max health and 20% more damage is a lot to replace, in case anyone hasn't noticed because they don't play AP mids."
