"Every tier list I've ever seen has nearly 20-30 champions in tier 1, and about 3 champions in the worst tier. So if you haven't found a tier 1 champion you're having fun with yet, I guess the best idea would be to keep looking."

"I'm pretty sure it would just be a connection issue with the Riot servers, not some kind of bug in the game.
You could probably work around it by trying characters that can fill 4 different roles on a team like Sejuani or Jarvan etc."
