Posted a Comment: "Kleptomancy is kinda hard to proc on Janna because you need to cast an ability before AA. While you can do this with Q and W W (W AA is the only way to really make Kleptomancy work but...) neither are spammable abilities and they're not really used for poke, usually for engaging instead. On someone"
