- I often take Triumph over Overheal, I think it's fine to skip it if you don't like it.
- There's no reason to start with E; it is weaker than Q. While E is easier to proc than Q, the enemies will just walk out of your E and it won't do much damage. Converesely, you hit a nice Q at level"
