"Generally people like to have a banner at the start of each chapter with the title of the chapter on the banner; that's not what you're looking for, right? You just want a banner to put at the start of your guide or?"

1) Which splash art?
2) Which colours (if you're going for a specific theme in your guide)
3) What text on the headers (introduction, pros & cons, runes etc)
4) Anything else, like preferred font?
