"Which stats you get in runes can depend on whom you are facing. I might take double armour vs Draven, double MR vs heavy AP bot lanes/enemy comps, double adaptive vs squishy lanes; adaptive + armour + magic resist is a pretty generic page that will probably be helpful in any game.

"I think getting turret plating gives you a huge advantage and Demolish can help you and your ADC get more before they run out at 14 minutes. The other option in that tree is Font Of Life which is fine but I don't think it's quite as useful/like it as much personally."

"thanks! 🍣 I'd say Inspiration is a better option on the whole. I'd only take Resolve if I thought I'd really need extra tankiness in a particular game. For example, if I'm going up against a high poke bot lane, high burst bot lane or if the enemy team has a lot of assassins."
