"I don't like it that Transcendence only kicks in mid game after you've exceeded the CDR cap. I think they're both fine options though. I see that some pro players use one and some use the other."

"I wouldn't use it personally. Arcane Comet is my choice right now, but two Precision keystones are becoming more and more popular on MF; Press the Attack and Conqueror. It's a little too soon for me to decide which of the 3 is the best for now though."

"nothing special, he builds no armour so lethality is effective against him. Just be careful not to use your ultimate while you know he has windwall, and be sure to dodge all the tornados, and stay away from minion waves he can glide through to get to you."
