"The render, or well the drawing antway, is really soft and blurry, I think you'd need to sharpen it and add some contrast for it to look more defined. I'd also probably try and think of something to put in the bottom part of the sig, It's pretty empty.

"Eh, well, I like the voice over, although I don't think it particularly suits Soraka('s quotes/gender?). Particles are great, especially the E.

"I think it's good that it's AoE, but the damage and duration aren't anything special. Can help in chases and escapes, but so can Talisman, and it's kind of much better mid-late game I think. Also the projective is a little too slow, imo."
