"Yes they could work. I prefer to go AD marks on Janna if I like to play more poke-aggressive than hybrids. Janna's scalings are kind of not so good anymore and armor pen doesn't do much if your autos do, virtually like, 20 damage :P Try it out, see if you like it it's definitely viable."
