"Even with his shield (only one, his E doesn't affect him), Rakan is more than just a little bit squishier than Leona. Even if Leona wasn't so tanky, and she does get extremely hard to kill, Rakan himself is just a noodle. If he weren't so squishy, he'd be incredibly broken imo.

"Yeah, I'm not a fan of the change. I know she's annoying to play against but I didn't really think she needed more nerfs. Hopefully the decaying rate isn't super fast."

"Actually if you don't want any of the skins that are being given away for that month you can pick a skin of your own choice as long as it costs up to 1350 RP. I'm not sure about getting only the RP instead, but I'll ping an admin about it!"
