"Smite has quite good system.
Reduce the amount of IP gained if you go AFK.
Gain more IP by not going AFK, etc.
Like normally 20 minute match, you gain ~70IP
AFK games reduce the amount to ~40-50IP
1/5 active games, gain 50IP
2/5 active games, gain 55IP
Play 5 active games and you get 70"

"Didn't get the 79% ratio, so decided to fix it a litte.
I don't play that much of Ryze but I gave it a shot and I liked Spirit visage more than Banshee's veil. I guess It's opinion based and you did mention they're quite equal, so fair enough for me as I don't play mid lane at all."
