In the shop it shows that these skins are now avialable for 50% discount, however they are not on...

I got almost the exact same answer as you did. I was so pissed that I actually
asked them 7 times the same question with some comments like "Read the actual content please".
3-4 times they said the exact same message"

Good guy Joxuu mains adc, but only got to play adc 5% of the games he played.
Then he gets idea of maining support, since he was forced to play that role 80% of the time.
Joxuu bought every single champion there is and started to win ranked games and main support.

"I've started to look back and analyze the reason of my losses. So after failing platinum qualifiers and having 6 AFK streak, I've pretty much been "on-lock".
Sort of set my mind on "I have to win this" which lead to me raging much --> Bad performance. going 0-6-2 as support"
