"Kiting is when you attack someone and then move away to keep you distance. Usually, this requires CC such as slows. For example, Ashe can kite an Udyr by staying at max range and autoattacking him with Frost Shot activated, then moving away, then autoattacking again, and moving, and just"

"Er, first of all, Jax is not considered the best 1v1 dueler in the game, at least not by many. Secondly, if you aren't running Flash or Ghost mid lane, you are doing something wrong. The fact that you have to Leap Strike to get close should be an easy warning that you will get ganked"
