You're making Xin Zhao the carry? Oh, well now, isn't that funny...
My thought was that they lacked a ranged carry. Unless you were gonna make Galio the support and Lux an AD carry... Which would be pretty screwed up...

Galio, Garen, Jarvan IV, Lux, and Xin Zhao
Not exactly the perfect line-up. Just Demacians. Though, I read Jarvan was originally suppose to be an AD Support via Demacian Standard."

Not really. I regretted it 2 games after purchasing him.
But I did carry an ARAM game with him, which was cute.
This nerf just solidified my regret.

She's not really allied with the Noxian military. She has her own group.
The Crimson Elites seem more like members of the Noxian military.

Personally, I'd want the active. If you hadn't noticed, Talon has no attack speed steroids.
It really depends on how much CC my own team has, plus how squishy/powerful my opponents are.
If I need the bulk, I'd get it before youmuu's."
