"Cooldown runes are bad on Energy champions in general.
It causes you to run out of Energy sooner.
Energy champions typically have very low cooldowns, and are bent on burst-y type combos.
Lee Sin is very timing-oriented. You have to know how to make your skills flow between Flurry procs"

1. His nuke ended up being too strong, and too frequent.
