"Shurelia made a very clear post that Kayle would be delayed again until next patch.
This is for 2 reasons:
Her DPS is low (obviously, new passive doesn't boost her raw damage, it just makes her better against tanks)
Her early game is still fairly weak

"Veigar's always had a bad lane.
But I've defeated an Annie in lane as Veigar too.
It's always dependent on playstyles and experience.
During that game, I would always 1shot the Annie. It was funny.
Team didn't blame Annie either, they admitted I was just stupidly farmed up."
