"I'm hoping they nerf the Solar Flare damage hard, and make the AoE bigger.
I was hoping for a fight-changing AoE stun solar blast, not some pin-point light ray slow that is liable to miss."

Never get Last Whisper with other Armor Pen items if you can help it.
It's just like how you shouldn't keep Sorcerer Shoes if you buy Void Staff. You sell it in for some Ionian Boots or Mercury's Treads."
