Mine would be Nidalee/Olaf/Tryndamere/Vlad.
Vlad + Nid cause they're a nightmare to lane against.

But, personally. I leave out the Black Cleaver and get a Defensive item after Bloodthirster.
Caitlyn is squishy, and building purely offensive can only get you killed late-game."
