"Well, it's still unconfirmed whether or not Destiny reveals enemies for TF's allies.
But it's guaranteed to be revealed for Twisted Fate.
Nocturne's Paranoia only cuts off allied vision. It doesn't cut off reveals such as Clairvoyance.

"There is no tanky ranged champion.
Ranged are implicitly designed to need more power, and have weaker base defenses.
While tanky champions are typically melee, and designed to NEED to be built more tanky.
Urgot's pretty good in lane, and the best for breaking towers would definitely be Olaf.
