IE vs TF on Corki
I'm gonna make this one simple.
So I have this guy on my team who berates at me for building TF over IE first on Corki.
Is there actually an advantage to going IE first?

"Stupid good. I had toyed with the idea for a while and now I see the light. 10-3-7(died late game being very, very stupid and missing my self cast ult)... Keeps up with lots of characters in the jungle and I really, really like it. Thanks for the guide."
