Nah, you're setup is good to be honest. Glyphs and Seals are self explained, Marks and Quints can be toggled between ArP and flat AD. Sometimes, I take flat health Quints. Mercury's Treads, Wriggle's Lantern, Wit's End, Frozen Mallet, Atma's Impaler and Banshee's Veil is my typical build, you can then either go for more offensive or defensive items.

Things turn out best for the people who make the best out of the way things turn out.

Those seem okay for jungle, though personally I use 9x AS reds and 3x ArP quints. I've been using that on my junglers since forever and it's always worked for me.

Q is your main source of damage in early game. When you gank, in 90% of time you use ultimate on whoever you are ganking and after ultimate you can quickly press Q for combined burst, while if you max W there is no guarantee that enemy won't just flash away or walk away if its Leblan or Ezreal. Also, there are those moment when you are like "oh ****, I'm gonna die" and then you successfully gain those few HP from using Q, while you couldn't do it by autoattacking with W.

The greatest lesson in life is to know that even fools are right sometimes.
