"Get a Nunu to support you and just farm your ass off. If you can get an IE before 20 minutes, your mid game won't seem that weak, as long as you have a Nunu buffing you."

I'll try and explain this properly. Trundle's passive early game (levels 1-9) will heal him for about 3% everytime a ghoul dies, Trundle will take about 10% of his health everytime a ghoul hits him. He is weaker in a straight up 1v"
