"If you get one, you do like, 0 damage. You have great AD scaling though and almost any other carry who goes some AD item, if you go giant's belt, will out-trade you at every point in the game."

"The latter, yes. The "untargetability" of Fiora's ult doesn't stop tethers like Drain or decrpify. This applies to all untargetable skills.
The Cait ult bug is well known though. It's apparently getting fixed next patch though."
