"The problem with his E is that it literally does nothing end game without the CDR. It's strong early though.

If she goes solotop AD Bruiser, she has sustain through primal surge, mobility and escapability through aspect of the cougar and her passive who's name escapes me.
She can be a decent AP mid because javelin"
