"AP makes your ult hit 1.2 damage harder for every point you have.
MagPen makes it hit less and barely effects DFG's output on a squish target like most midlane champs.
More AP makes DGF hit for more % of their HP.
To be honest, I don't understand why people run full MagPen when 1 crit chance "
