"If I was doing support Shen, which I really don't want to have to resort to, I'd still max Q first. I'd use it to poke enemies since now damaging spells will proc the heal.
The poke on it is really strong. Especially if you manage to Q-W-E-AA the opponent. It's ridiculous."
