"A lot of the top ones are terrible right now.
It's because of the Comment-To-Vote system we had in place that was completely awful. We still have it but, it's a lot better than it once was."

You know, people can definitely change what the top rated guide is. Better guides do come along more often than not. Also, with the new scout system, we're working on getting the "lesser known" guides out there for everyone to see."
