Anything that is a spell, will heal off spell vamp UNLESS it applies on-hit abilities.
Parrrley, Mystic shot and, Double up all apply on-hit effects and work with spell vamp.

Parrrlay, Mystic shot and, Double up do not apply the slow from rylai's because they count as auto-attacks.
I do not have Fizz so I can't check if his Q will apply the slow or not. Anyone care to check?"
