"I'm thinking the rue damage needs to be toned down and the CD on the active for the wand to be scaled up. Think of, Nid's Spearshot or Ez's Trueshot. Too good. It would be a very interesting idea."

"Have to agree to some extent with that. Kayle is a nice support but, she seems backwards.
If you do rockin', the rest of your team does semi-bad and you end up carrying them or, ya know, losing. If you do terrible, your team can easily turn it around due to your ult."
