"I totally spaced on the active from Cutlass. It was intended to give more sustainability in fights just, in general. I wanted it to have HP regen instead of life steal but every tier 2 item with HP regen has life steal as well so, I adapted it to that. I'm thinking a number closer to... 800 gold ext"

"I waned items that would be used on like, Tryn or Mundo. It makes AD people less, glass-cannon-y while making mages more... sustained. That's what we were going for with these."

Reverse AA staff.
This is an idea me and a friend had a while back.
Something that converts a percentage of your AP into Mana.
