"Katarina is different because of her ult.
You can say 'just CC/burst' about any non-tanky champion in the game. It's a counter to being squishy, not to a particular champion."

I'm not saying she's OP, but this is a catch-all argument that applies to any champion in the game. Dying to CC/burst does not mean a champion is balanced."

"You can even spam her ult in early game. Even when you can't kill someone with it they will usually have to back, so you can push the lane and go back yourself. By the time you come back it's already up again."

"Well, Udyr's not the best ganker in the first place.
You should definitely use Flash though. Flash + Bear stance is a very strong combo and can often result in a kill in mid lane. Otherwise just make sure you're avoiding wards and coming from behind the enemy when possible."
