Would love to, but for me the game becomes unplayable even at 100 ping, and I get 200+ on the NA servers. I actually made an account there a week or so ago when I got bored of not being able to play, but honestly, 200 ping for me is worse than not "

I'm pretty angry about it actually, it's like Riot just couldn't be bothered to invest in better/more servers and decided this would be easier. It feels like they're just taking the easy way out regardless of how it affects people.
