Posted a Comment: Oct 26th, 2011 "Ty for the comment. It's very viable to buy a extra phantom and maybe replace ur boots with it if u are going glass cannon. But it will litterally make u a glass cannon. U will get killed in team fights before u really can deal dmg."

For example ionan boots of lucidity aver used very often by people who need cdr fast. cloak and dagger, eleisa's miracle and moonflair give u the possibility to pick other boots then mer"
