"I never said you have a bad Zilean guide, I said that it isnt smart to not put 1 point in rewind early game.
And it isn't smart.
Zilean is in need of this skill, it will help harass, it will help with mobility, and it will help with your ultimate.
Putting a point in lvl 8 is too late.
