My personal experience with "off-meta" supports: "Yes, some of these aren't exactly off-meta, but it's not like you see them as a support more than once every thousand games, right?

"You can add notes to the champion icons, so that you don't have to have so much text in the tier descriptions. It should be explained in the tier list editor."
