night harvester and riftmaker have the same amount of health.
riftmaker gives no magic penetration on its mythic...

My personal experience with "off-meta" supports: "Yes, some of these aren't exactly off-meta, but it's not like you see them as a support more than once every thousand games, right?
I have tried all of these as supports, some of them I even play often."
