"You could probably put 6-7 people on a team, and the team can see if that works for them or not. In my experience people's schedules vary and some will be busy from things they can't help, in which case teams of 6-7 usually work best. "

2. Gap closers (which a lot of tops have) will own you or force you to blow ult / flash
3. Most tops are tanky, so I doubt you would be able to kill without your jungler, even against a non sustain lane (which is rare).
