"Also kog really isn't a strong solo laner. He is easily harassed and forced back. AP kog is better early game since he can harass easier with void ooze while AS kog is harder early game and depending on who you're laning against you will have to be very defensive and simply focus on last hitting.

Can you please elaborate? I thought it would be nice to let the champ get off some of her on hit affects, but at the cost of saving that next shot for the right moment and losing DPS. I thought it would be interesting. "

When does AP/lvl pass flat AP? Consider when you usually get aggressive with her and decide if you'll want flat AP runes or AP/lvl."
