So what is your opinion of going on hit with champs like kayle or kog maw? No one even seems to think about it as when I play either I'm always asked "AD or AP?" never if I'm going on hit. But on hit is way easier to build and does better damage early game. Then later you can sell some of your items off (malady) for something better like a BC or a IE or whatever you don't have that would help (I prefer BC on kayle for the passive and AS). But what are your opinions of on hit builds? I can honestly say I've never done badly when building on hit Kayle and I don't play kog so I can't comment on him.

My last game I had by far the most damage on my team as well as 21 kills and something like 16 assists. And from personal experience I can say they don't really fall off late game either. As long as after your base build is done you know to buy items that give you more AD then your early game wrecks and you keep wrecking all game. And don't say it isn't as good as straight AD/ AP because I've gone against an AD Kayle and I destroyed her in and out of lane.

Anyway here is the question: What do you think of going on hit with champs like Kog or Kayle? Only comment if you've actually done it. I don't want any "theoretically speaking" stuff I see all the time on here. And don't talk about how "malady falls off late game" well no **** that's why you sell it late game. Also really you can keep it if you want. It isn't that bad it's just that late game other items do better. You'd probably get more damage out of a PD if you get an infinity after your core build...

And I'm rambling again. Anyway. There was the question. Somewhere in there... Also check some On hit builds before you comment at least. Here are some links:
