"I think building Yasuo is similar to how you build Lee Sin, the better the game goes, the more damage you can build. Because most people are stomping with him 24/7, they go full offense with like 1 defense item. But if you got a bad game, this build could work better.

"With the spirit stone change I think it is definitly better to not upgrade the spirit stone and rather get a will of the ancients instead. Or the upcoming spellvamp item nobody knows yet."

Ehm, build in Talisman of Ascension which gives AD aswell?
Thing is, he scales thanks to his passive incredibly well with blade of the ruined king, the rest should be tank items (including iceborn gauntlet)."

"On a normal bruiser/tank build you gain around 4000 HP anyway, some champs even get more. That is 80 AD. And with the armorpen and cooldown reduction it has the potential to rival the black cleaver.
The differnce is, the black cleaver is rather an item you buy midgame, this you rater buy "

"The only offense item I build on him his zephyr for superb mobility with boots of swiftness and splitpushing power. With that you even got the potential to dive caries, especially if the movement speed part of Hemorrhage is working. Also, ganking you gets really hard."
