"Like, garen. He has no mana and needs 40% CDR to do his job. All of his skills have a pretty long basic cooldown, this is why cooldown reduction scales best. And finally, he has no AP ratio, so elixir of brilliance is bad. Another one would be renekton. Of course, he scales a bit weaker "

"I personally think, youmuu's ghostblade should get some little changes. It should offer more AD for a higher price.

"Because, if you can play xerath, you could also play lux instead. Has more CC, an AoE nuke with a very short CD and is aswell far away from fights."
