"Base dmg of Orb of Deception could be: 40/60/80/100/120(+50% AP)
Fox fire should be also 40/60/80/100/120(+40% AP), actually it is too crazy for earlygame.
Charm is the only spell which doesn't hit multiple targets, so it can be 60/80/100/120/140(+60% AP)
