"If you play solo top, you should also start wiht regrowth pendant and 1 health potion. That makes you incredible strong and you can rush philosopher's stone."

"Well, I think this is because Nasus is so easily kited. The dodge-speed-proc is usefull for that.
And Strength of Spirit is great, but idk if it is better then Nimbleness."

BTW: You could also get hextech gunblade instead of the Bloodthirster, because it gives you way more usefull stats."

"Boot's of swiftness should get an active, which increases your movement speed for a short period of time, if you activate it.
