"Agreed, moon. Riot needs to rethink their tags, and the silly attack power, ability power and defense power stats on the champion pages. They make me laugh. For instance Talon having a relatively high "defense" stat (likely his stealth alone) which makes almost no sense. T.T"

"Viktor's getting a passive rework. Riot's already said they don't tend to do any major changes to his kit outside his passive. Everyone chill out and don't overreact to the tentative PBE "changes". Likely an error that will be fixed soon."
