"Nah, I'm pretty sure it just means Q is his new one point wonder because it's only useful for CC now. People will max E now for damage and just be more careful using his Q because the cooldown will be 18 seconds until end game as it will be maxed last."

"Draven doesn't take shit and usually has a hyper aggressive support to back him up. A good Draven will trade with her before she starts poking to show her whos boss. He wins any actual trades with her and is fast enough to get up to hit her as well as dodge her Q with relative ease."
