Unique Passive: Mana Font - Whenever you are dealt damage you regenerate 5 mana.
Unique Passive: Lifeline - Whenever your HP becomes less than 30% of total, you gain a shield that prevents up to 300 magic damage for 5 seconds. At the end of the duration, you are healed for an amount equal to the remaining shield.

2. has more mres than any other item
3. shield is larger, has return if not used.
4. read properly and think about what you are thinking before you think you can contribute
5. i presume you build MoM all the time, whenever you can, because it's uber-cheap, op and has a passive not like the hexdrinker. oh, i remember, it's the only option you have, actualy.
btw, i didn't, i can't (and you can't either) try it, so please refrain yourself from being so conclusive.

4. Throat was referring that Hexdrinker would be more cost-effective than this item, which is quite understandable
5. No one builds MoM, but people do build Hexdrinker. I agree that an alternative should be made, but this is not the right one.
The problem with this item:
1. You give less stats then you get from the building items (unique mana regen passive from chalice >>>>>>>>>>>> unique mana regen passive from rough edge)
2. It is still cost inefficient
Solutions:
1. Add
2. Increase mana regen to 10 instead of 7.
3. Make the unique mana regen passive much stronger, like: (5% total mana) - (5% current mana) = mana returned per hit. Make it only apply for champion hits.
4. Reduce the cost of the item to 3000g (combine cost = 370g)
