His levels 1-6 are about the worst in the game. He does have good sustain if he can survive to level 9, is good during levels 9-13 (maybe till 15-16) b"

Posted a Comment: Oct 13th, 2011 "The problem with Leviathan versus the other items with stacks is that it is 1) for tanks and tanks die alot, in general get fewer kills, and usually just get assists which makes it hard to level up to 20 and 2) unlike the other stacking items it isn't even CLOSE to being the best option for pure"
