Wouldnt it bring up the same problems as TT?
The game is balanced for summoners rift and thats the main focus for competitive play."

if you are 1v2, just dont die and your team will have the upper hand somewhere else (still, wards wont hurt^^)
in ranked 5s freezing a lane to zone a 1v2 isnt even a viable strategy anymore, because the other team will just take a turret elsewhere, then swap."
