"People call him OP because he's succeeding in the LCS and people blind-copy what progamers do.
He has armor reduction and exhaust on steroids as a low cooldown skill, so he works quite well in a team comp that can take advantage of it; this by no means makes him OP, though. "

"TF can't teleport from mid lane directly to a side lane, he has to walk a considerable distance into the river before he gets in range. You can follow him and burst him to half health while he's teleporting, or simply warn your teammates about him being MIA. "

"Are we going by viability in solo queue or in 5v5 teams? Some AD carries like Kog'Maw don't fare too well in solo queue (especially lower elo solo queue) due to dependency on teamwork, while some AD carries like Tristana can handle themselves quite well even without great team protection due"
