Jax is still very strong, especially with the new Blade of the Ruined King. No idea why people don't play him, since he didn't really change at all between the last time he was first-picked...

If they actually did that they wouldn't be low elo. Low elo players don't focus at all; focusing a tank is loads better than the "zero-focus-attacking-different-people-syndrome" you see in low elo games. "

"People call him OP because he's succeeding in the LCS and people blind-copy what progamers do.
He has armor reduction and exhaust on steroids as a low cooldown skill, so he works quite well in a team comp that can take advantage of it; this by no means makes him OP, though. "
