"Caucheka, for us it's fun to gain ELO and climb in ranks. It's called being competitive. Like you enjoy having fun in normals, we enjoy tryharding in ranked games. It also makes us better, which a lot of us strive to become."

Also, you should have sufficient mana regeneration to be able to fire off/spam your abilities once in a while when saving/arranging ganks at bottom lane.
You can change out Soul Shroud, but CDR per lvl isn't that smart. You need to be lvl 14 for the per"

"You want the flat and early game CDR because there's often clutch situations and jungle invasions where you want your abilities off cooldown again as fast as possible :)
Scaling CDR would bring you far beyond the 40% cap."
